Admission KG to VI (2025-26)
Admission Notice
The admissions in class KG to VI for the session 2025-26 are open. Interested candidates may fill an online/offline application form at school website www.bbpssv.com.
Online/Offline Application form is available at school counter.
All the admissions will be made as per the directives issued by Directorate of Education, Delhi.
Documents Required at the Time of Registration in KG to VI (2025-26)
- Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
- Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following) –
- Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
- Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
- Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
- Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
- Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence.
- Self Attested photocopy of Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of the Parents.
- Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).
- Self Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).
- Attested Photocopy of Marksheet of Class VIII in case of Alumni (wherever applicable).
Note - All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.
Criteria for Admission in Class KG to VI for session (2025-26)
The admissions for General Category shall be made only on the basis of fixed parameters and points is stated as under:

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in KG to VI 2025-26
The admissions to classes KG to VI (General Category) is subject to availability of seats.
| For Admission in KG | The candidate must be less than 05 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in I | The candidate must be less than 06 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in II | The candidate must be less than 07 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in III | The candidate must be less than 08 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in IV | The candidate must be less than 09 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in V | The candidate must be less than 10 years as on 31st March 2025. |
| For Admission in VI | The candidate must be less than 11 years as on 31st March 2025. |
Note- One month age relaxation is allowed only in grade KG for Interested Candidates as per DOE Guidelines.
Admission Guidelines
- The registration process is open for admission in classes KG to VI for the session 2025-26.
- The Online/Offline Application form is open for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY.
- Parents are required to fill the form online / offline.
- Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
- Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged.
- Kindly retain the Online registration form in hard copy for further use.
- Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 5 MB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.
Please ensure that the face of the candidate, father and mother is clear in the photograph uploaded.
Online registration forms not to be submitted at the school physically.
